My name is Catherine Hatcher and I have been living in Hampton Roads for most of my life.  I am a Phoebus High School graduate and I attended Old Domionion University for two years.  During my time at ODU I met and married a Navy man.  This union has carried me accross the country twice.  During that time I finished my Bachelors in Social Science at Chapman University and I gained extensive experience working as a caseworker for Navy/Marine Core Relief Society helping families to balance the budget, and giving assistance when necessary.  During that time I enjoyed helping fellow military families realize that home ownership was possible and very important.
